Thank you for choosing our premium rabbit meat! We ship nationwide with care to ensure your order arrives cold, fresh, and in perfect condition.


Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via FedEx (including Alaska and Hawaii where available).


Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated based on your location (shipping zone), order weight, and selected service. For accurate pricing and a detailed zone chart, see the rates table at the bottom of this page or view during checkout.

Minimum Order Requirements
To maintain optimal temperature control and reduce transit risks:
  • Single packs must be purchased in pairs (2) or trios (3).
  • We strongly recommend orders of $100+ for enhanced packaging and smoother delivery.

Why the minimum?
Individual packs are more vulnerable to temperature fluctuations during shipping. Bundling provides better insulation and stability, helping us deliver top-quality product on the first try and minimizing reships.

Shipping Schedule
  • Orders ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST on Tuesday ship the following week.
  • Processing time: 3–4 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Delivery & Carrier

  • Orders ship with gel ice packs and insulated liners to keep your meat cold throughout transit.
  • Carriers: FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2Day, or FedEx Home Delivery.
  • Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days of shipment.
  • Tracking is emailed once your order is prepared.

About Thawing
It is completely normal for your order to arrive partially or fully thawed — this is expected and not a cause for concern.

According to USDA guidelines, as long as the meat is refrigerator cold (40°F or below) upon arrival, it is safe to refreeze or use immediately. Simply give the package a quick check when it arrives — if it feels cold to the touch, you're good to go.

Delivery Instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your package promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage if a shipment is left unattended after delivery.

Damaged or Thawed Deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged or warmer than refrigerator temperature (above 40°F):
  • Contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]
  • Include clear photos of the issue (packaging, contents, temperature indicators) so we can resolve it quickly.
