Shipping Schedule
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday to maintain our quality standards.

Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

High-Demand Items
  • Popular items like fine ground, boneless chunks or ground boneless may experience additional delays during peak periods due to limited availability.

Special Requests
  • If you’d like your order shipped on a specific day (Monday-Wednesday), please include your request in the order notes or contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

Frozen Meat Shipping
  • Frozen meat is shipped to arrive within 1-2 days to ensure optimal freshness.
  • All frozen products are packed with high-quality insulation and gel ice packs to stay frozen for up to 3-4 days in transit, providing a buffer for unexpected delays.
  • Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order upon delivery to maintain quality. We are not responsible for spoilage due to unattended deliveries.

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS Next Day Air and 2 Day Air. Certain orders may also ship via UPS Ground.
