Due to recent challenges with maintaining optimal temperature control during transit for individual packs, we've experienced an increased need for reships on single-pack orders. To ensure you receive a top-quality product in perfect condition on the first delivery, we are now requiring that all single packs be purchased in pairs (minimum of 2) or trios (3 packs). This bundling helps stabilize shipping conditions and reduces the risk of temperature fluctuations.
Additionally, to further support efficient shipping and handling, we encourage orders totaling $100 or more. Orders meeting this threshold often qualify for enhanced packaging options and may help avoid potential issues.

Shipping Schedule & Processing
- Orders ship Tuesday and Wednesday to preserve freshness.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST on Tuesday will be processed the following week.
- Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
- Once your order is being prepared, we’ll send a confirmation with UPS tracking information via email.
- Frozen products ship with gel ice packs and insulated liners to stay frozen for up to 3–4 days in transit, ensuring a buffer for delays.
- We use UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air—your order should arrive in 2 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate the shipment promptly. We are not liable for spoilage caused by unattended deliveries.

- Popular cuts like fine ground, boneless chunks, and ground boneless may experience delays during peak demand periods. Your patience allows us to maintain quality.

- Want your order delivered on a specific day? Just include a note at checkout or email us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
