Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive frozen. However, products arriving at refrigerator-cold temperatures (40°F or below) are safe for consumption. If your order arrives warm (above 40°F) or is damaged upon opening, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to arrange a replacement or refund. We may require photographs of the product to process a claim with our shipping partner, UPS.
If you are unsatisfied with your order and it arrived in good condition, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return and refund process. Returns must be pre-approved by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds are available for products that are unopened and still frozen upon return. Approved returns must be shipped in the original cooler provided with your order. Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Please print the label, affix it to the cooler, and we will arrange a UPS pickup from your location.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the cost of the unopened product, less the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee.
